Zochem manufactures a full spectrum of zinc oxide
powders and pellets with purities of 99.9% and
beyond, manufactured for specific market applications.

Based on the French Process, we start with pure
metallic zinc or recycled zinc. Zinc metal is
vaporized and oxidized in a combustion zone, utilizing
our natural gas fired muffle furnace design. This yields
consistently nodular shaped crystals. Pelletized zinc
oxide is an excellent option for production applications
requiring high flow rates and low dusting. Products are
available with surface areas of 2.5 m /g to 10.0 m /g.
