Mohit Sharma

Mo is originally from the Toronto area and joined the Zochem team in 2013.  He has held roles of increasing responsibility having started as Brampton’s Plant Manager while transitioning into the General Manager role in 2017.  He assumed his current leadership role as President & C.E.O in November 2020.

He is married to a McMaster graduate and has two children, an 11 year old son and a 6 year old daughter.  Often having a need for speed, not only is Mo a Formula 1 fan supporting Team Ferrari, but also a devout Pittsburgh Penguins fan since 1987 thanks to watching the speedy Paul Coffey.  Often moving to a rhythm in and out of Zochem, if you ever want to talk music, you know where to find him.

• Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
• Masters of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
• Masters of Manufacturing Engineering graduate coursework at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
• 20+ years of Industrial Manufacturing Experience at multinational O.E.M automotive, personal care, and chemical organizations.
